By accessing or using Zen Balanse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Zen Balanse is a focus and productivity web application offering a Pomodoro timer, an ambient sound engine, breathing exercises, guided movement breaks, a sleep wind-down routine, and calming tools.

The free version is available with no account required and includes the Pomodoro timer, the ambient soundscapes, quick-access CALM breathing, and settings. A paid Pro subscription unlocks additional features, including the Flowmodoro timer, the Priorities (MIT) system, the Kanban board, and the breathing, movement and sleep routines.

Sign-in is handled exclusively via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We do not store passwords.

Pro subscriptions are billed at €7.99/month or €71.99/year. Payments are processed securely via Polar. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the paid period.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

All content, design, and code comprising Zen Balanse is the property of its creators. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zen Balanse and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
